LINEAR SPEED
Develop the athlete’s ability to reach and maintain top end speed.
- Improve force production during acceleration
- Develop efficient sprint mechanics and body positioning.
- Develop and maintain top-end speed (max velocity).
GAME SPEED
Develop the athlete’s ability to harness speed effectively.
- Acceleration/Deceleration: Apply straight-line speed into controlled, game-relevant movement
- Change of Direction: Improve footwork and body positioning for efficient, controlled direction changes
- Agility/Reactive Ability: React and move quickly in unpredictable, game-like situations
STRENGTH & POWER
Develop the athlete’s ability to produce force and move explosively.
- Strength: Build a strong foundation to support performance and reduce injury risk
- Power: Increase the ability to produce force quickly for more explosive movement
- Explosiveness: Improve vertical and horizontal force output for sport-specific actions
DATA DRIVEN TRAINING
Most athletes train without clear feedback on their progress. Every session is built around measurable results.Training includes:
- Electronic sprint timing (10-yd flys, 40-yd dash, pro-agility, etc.)
- Jump tracking (vertical jump, RSI, GCT, broad jump)
- Velocity-Based Training for strength and powerAthletes receive consistent feedback and performance tracking to ensure real development.
In-Person Training:
1 on 1 Training:
- Fully individualized sessions
- Position/Sport Specific speed & strength
- 60-$90 per sessionSmall Group Training:
- 4 athletes minimum per group
- Competetive high, energy environment
- $40 per session per athlete
Remote Personal Training:
- Combine in-person & remote training.
Ex: 3 remote strength sessions per week & 2 in-person speed sessions per week
- $200-$400 per month (dependent on schedule)
Hybrid Training:
- Combine individual/group sessions with remote programming that aligns with your schedule.
- (Ex: 3 Remote strength training sessions per week & 2 In-Person Speed/Agility sessions per week)
